What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change!
- Residential Cleanings: We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule without a fee.
- Commercial Cleanings: We require 48 hours’ notice due to scheduling and staffing logistics.
- Same-Day Cancellations: Same-day cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee of the scheduled cleaning cost.
Can I reschedule my booking?
Of course! Life happens. Simply contact us with at least 24 hours’ notice for residential or 48 hours for commercial, and we’ll happily rebook your clean for a more convenient time.
What is your arrival window?
We provide a 30-minute arrival window to allow for traffic, weather and other delays. You’ll be notified when our team is on the way.
How many cleaners will arrive?
The number of cleaners depends on the size and condition of the space. We’ll assign the right-sized team to get the job done efficiently without compromising quality.
Will I get the same cleaners every time?
We do our best to assign the same team for recurring cleans, but we cannot guarantee it. Rest assured, all cleaners follow the same high Aurasheen standard and cleaning checklists, so you’ll get consistent quality every time.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all. Many clients provide access instructions so we can clean while they’re out. Whether you’re home or not, we’ll treat your space with care and respect — every time.
Do I need to prepare my home before cleaners arrive?
A quick tidy-up helps us focus on detailed cleaning. For add-ons like cabinet or closet cleaning, please empty them beforehand.
What if I have pets at home?
We’re a pet-friendly company! Just let us know about your pets ahead of time so our cleaners can be prepared. If your pet is nervous or reactive, we recommend securing them in a separate room during the cleaning for everyone’s safety and comfort.
Can I trust your cleaners?
Absolutely. All Aurasheen team members are background checked, insured, and professionally trained. We know how important trust is, especially when welcoming someone into your space.
What happens if I want additional services?
No problem at all — just let us know in advance so we can schedule accordingly.
For residential cleanings, add-ons like fridge cleaning, oven interior, wall spot cleaning, cabinet interiors, or carpet shampooing can be included in your package for an additional fee.
For commercial spaces, add-ons may include floor stripping and waxing, carpet shampooing, interior window cleaning, supply restocking (toilet paper, hand soap, etc.), or extended area coverage beyond your regular scope.
We’ll update your quote and ensure the team arrives fully prepared to deliver the results you expect.
Can I add extra services on the day of my cleaning?
We recommend booking add-ons in advance to schedule enough time. Same-day requests may be possible if availability allows.
How do you price large spaces like basements or commercial areas?
Pricing depends on the size, condition, and frequency of cleaning. We provide a tailored estimate after a walkthrough or consultation.
Will you bring your own supplies or do I need to provide them?
Yes, we bring our own professional-grade supplies and equipment to every clean. You don’t need to lift a finger! However, if you have specific products you’d prefer us to use, we’re happy to accommodate — just let us know ahead of time.
Do you offer one-time deep cleans or only recurring services?
We offer both one-time deep cleans (great for move-ins/outs, post-renovation, or seasonal refreshes) and recurring maintenance cleanings.
Are your services available for both homes and businesses?
Yes! We specialize in both residential and commercial cleaning. Most add-ons are available for both types of spaces.
Do you offer laundry folding or organization services?
Yes — we provide laundry folding, closet organization, and other lifestyle add-ons by request.
Do you bring your own supplies? Are your products eco-friendly?
Yes, our teams come fully equipped with all necessary cleaning supplies and tools. We use eco- and pet-friendly products wherever possible to keep your space safe and fresh. If you prefer we use your personal products, just let us know in advance.

- For residential clients, if anything is missed, we’ll return within 24 hours to make it right — no extra charge.
- For commercial clients, we offer regular quality checks and are available for same-week issue resolution to ensure your business always looks its best.
What happens if my cleaning takes longer than estimated?
We provide fixed-price cleanings, not hourly rates. If a clean takes an extra hour or so, there’s no additional charge — our team will complete the agreed checklist to ensure consistent results. Time estimates are guidelines for efficiency, not limits on service.
Why don’t you charge by the hour?
Hourly pricing can leave clients worrying about speed. Fixed pricing ensures you know the total cost upfront with no surprises. Our cleaners focus on thorough, high-quality results within the estimated timeframe, with a built-in buffer if needed.
